At Tees Valley Counselling Trust, we offer free, confidential counselling service for Adults, Children & Young People.

Our Adult Counselling Service is specifically for anyone over the age of 18 years with a physical disability, chronic illness or who has caring responsibilities for such a person.

We also offer counselling to children who are aged between 5-16 years old who have lost their emotional well being due to a wide range of reasons affecting their lives. This may include abuse in all its forms, illness, bereavement, caring responsibilities for a sibling or a parent to name but a few.

Our  services are primarily available for anyone living or working in Tees Valley and covers the local authority boundaries of Stockton, Middlesbrough, Hartlepool, Darlington, Redcar & East Cleveland. We have our main base in Stockton but offer an outreach service utilising GPs surgeries and other suitable venues.

You can learn more about counselling from our Counselling page or how you can access support from our Helping You page. Just click on the links above.
